Welcome to my Personal Blog. Have had a wonderful life which has been a roller coaster of Adventure. Keeping Positive and full of hope in the sad days and sharing the good ones. Living In Buxton Now and Loving Life. #Marvellous
Here Is The Promo Video To My 50th With Clips From 2017 From Vine.
As I enjoy 2018 in Buxton and get ready for the Adventures of Moon Quest A Sci-Fi Comedy which I am directing for July at the Buxton & Manchester Fringe Festivals; looking at my YouTube Channel and reflecting the adventures I have had. Enjoy and share.
For most of this year I have been trying to make headway in a Job that in the begin of the journey seemed like a challenge. A totally new career I thought, alas as the weeks turned into months many broken promises from my employer.
I now know what it is like to be working in a hopeless situation first hand. I am lucky and have the skills to turn this around, but what if I didn't?
My partner is completely in Love with what she does and it is a joy to watch as I grapple to find some form of joy in what I am doing. Watching her put all her effort into her career keeps me going.
I have been thrown a life line and am busy working on a little surprise that I will share shortly, but this is that little platform that will provide the energy to launch my next project.
So if you get lost in your work, remember to find something to Love and jump on that first chance you have to make it happen.
When I First Got Here I Would Comute To Manchester, Not Any More.
So many walks in Buxton, as I get ready to broadcast again, it is the perfect way to cement Idea and find new ones.
This morning in the fresh frosty air I took Storme my canine friend for a pre dawn walk under a clear moon lit sky.
I am now the size I was in my 20's and that is thanks to my friend and Buxton.
Planning an excellent Brunch Show for the channel and these walks are where I shall get the inspiration. Will soon be sharing the delights with you all.
When the children got back to Ivybridge from America with their mother I was away working on Dinosaur Zoo. I was going to move Shaftesbury when the tour finished, as Ivybridge did not seem home to me after the split up of the marriage.
Visited Buxton on the Tour and fell in Love. The people are so friendly, have found some great places to eat, drink and be entertained. If you look me up on Google Maps you will see.
Alas the work front out of Theatre is not very friendly to a 50 year old. At the moment I have a job that is killing my spirit and dulling my usual Marvellous self. So as I type; plans for a new venture are afoot and will be sharing with you over my blogs in the coming days.
Have a look around them, see what has been, but more importantly see what is to come.
